film. A military plane crashes near a town |

leading to
water supply being infected. First explanation given by
authorities who descend on town in white overalls is that the plane
was carrying an experimental vaccine. But later this turns out to
be a biological weapon with no known antidote. |

sealed off and the inhabitants rounded up. But |

some resist
(with weapons) and a small group seeks a way |

The water
causes the people to go crazy and then die. The |

depiction of
'craziness' is laughable. |
