NOTES |
This film is
from the director (Jonze) and writer (Kaufman) of "Being John
Malcovich". And it is about the adaptation of a book to be made into
a film called "The Orchid Thief" by Susan Orlean. Nicholas Cage
plays Charlie Kaufman and his (invented) twin brother, Donald.
Kaufman struggles with the screenplay and eventually as his mind
unhinges writes himself into the story.
I may be quite wrong about this and when I've seen the film may not
be any clearer. |
