In a car
crash a man becomes a paraplegic. His girlfriend |

in the car has only scars around her eyes and |

The guy is
well-off but living in an extended family ruled over |

by his
granddad. At one point we see him riding a horse but |
|
we see no
sign of how he grips the horse's belly. |
|
He goes on a
double date and hits it off with a gorgeous |
|
redhead.
Because he's disabled he hesitates to have sex-- |
|
for about 6
seconds. This turns out to be not just a one night |
|
stand. But
the gorgeous redhead comes from the wrong side |
|
of the
tracks and his family is against the relationship thinking
|
|
she's only
after his money. The granddad tries to buy her off. |
|
Once they're
married she becomes impatient for him to have |
|
independence
from the granddad. |
|

supported by a couple of crutches. |
