Kevin
(Freak) is a 13 year old boy with Morquios Syndrome |

detail). He walks with braces on his legs and crutches. |

At school he
faces prejudice and has no friends. Then along |

comes Max
who is over big for his age and has learning |
|
difficulties. Freak's sharp intellect and Max's ability to protect
|
|
him and 'be
his legs' leads to their being inseparable friends. |
