DISABILITY |

NOTES |
Mother
attempts to marry off her daughter who has learning |
|
difficulties. This film is rated high elsewhere. I consider it
|
|
badly acted
(look at the cast), badly scripted (even though the |
|
writer is
Julius Epstein) and just a glossy romance set in a |
|
beautiful
location. Yvette Mimieux acts a beautiful woman with a mental age
of ten following an accident during her childhood.
She is totally inadequate in conveying this. |

From the
novel by Elizabeth Spencer. |
