NOTES This film stars the Siamese twins Violet and Daisy who were

in "Freaks" (see below). One of them kills the husband who

had left her. Now facing a murder charge the problem is how

to punish her without doing the same to her sister.   The story is based on the Gordino and Lucio Simplicio (male twins) one of whom was charged with hitting a child while drunk driving. Because it would have difficult to send both to prison the guilty twin was fined heavily. The innocent twin would not work to pay the fine so the guilty one responded by threatening to kill himself.



This appears to be wholly exploitative but there's a 29 year

gap between this and Freaks so you can't blame the twins for

taking the work.
