A young
woman has travelled to a small town on France's |

mediterranean coast to see her sister marry an Arab. At the

same time
she hopes to find her younger brother who is deaf |

and speaking
impaired and has run away from home. He is |
|
working on
the streets for a sort of Arab Fagin called Said. To complicate
matters she falls in love with Said. |
