Russian title: Idi i Smotri

Set in the Soviet Union during the German invasion in the year 1943. The film shows the brutal tactics of the Nazis and follows a 13 year old peasant boy, Florya who joins the partisans. He is befriended by a young woman, Glascha. Remarkably interesting portrayal of an aspect of the war we rarely see. Florya after a bombardment is leftly nearly deaf.
Of little consequence with regard to this list but definitely worth seeing.
