This is a
typical Schwarzenegger film rather than a good example of his films.
He's a firefighter in L.A. but then his wife and son are killed by
terrorists. So being Arnold rather than your typical firefighter he
follows the terrorists to Columbia is a fast paced sequence of
various brushes with death escaping with Bond-like invincibility.
There is a sort of romantic interest with a woman (Francesca Neri)
who is the wife of a guerrilla. She has a (adopted) son who is deaf
and uses sign language. |
