This is day time soap dressed up as a TV film.
A married middle-aged man (Dennehy) has an affair with a
work colleague (Bisset). But then she gets cancer. His
answer to that is to make their affair public and tell his wife he
will live with Bisset until she dies. After which point he will
return home.
