A young woman, Mun, who has been blind since she was two years old
is given a cornea transplant. In hospital she shares a room with a
young girl who has cancer and who later dies.
As Mun adjusts to seeing again she has visions of dead people. And
later she can foresee tragedy and discovers the donor of the cornea
also had this 'gift' and was scorned by her village. After trying to
warn of a fire which killed many villagers she kills herself.
Though the film belongs
at times to the horror genre and later to the realms of spirituality
it is well worth seeing. |
