After being
linked to the apparent murder of a financier a man, Hugh
Overton, is sent to gaol. He escapes and on the train he meets a
blind lawyer and his daughter. But the lawyer's secretary is
a crony of the financier who is actually still alive. |

He attempts
to kill Overton, almost kills the lawyer and |
|
Overton gets
the blame. On the way to Overton's name being |
|
cleared he
falls in love with the daughter. |
