Lana Turner
plays Peggy who after getting a certificate for |
|
being
punctual getting to work for the thousandth time realises |
|
she's
getting nowhere. So she walks out, leaves a note and |
|
heads for
New York. At this point things become complicated |
|
and
improbable. The note is thought to be a suicide note. In |
|
New York she
gives herself a 'makeover'. It would be |
|
interesting
to see what Lana Turner looks like without a |
|
'makeover'.
All spruced up she has an accident which leaves |
|
her with
(voluntary) amnesia. That is, she no longer wants to |
|
be Peggy
from Sticksville. So she decides to be an heiress. |
