B&W Set in
Paris
A diplomat ends up in court accused as a criminal. He is questioned
by a physician specialising in mental disorders, as he explains he
is a doctor who deals with the brain not a psycho-analyst. The
diplomat says he has amnesia after a train accident and has no
memory before 1922. There are two doctors, one for the defence, one
for the prosecution and both have foreign (German?) accents. They
discuss -- what is amnesia.
He is accused of being someone else but is exonerated by the
evidence of a stranger who then blackmails him. |
